The peranakan food restaurant is a warm and cosy place for us to eat. It has many varieties of food. The dishes are all given generously and are enough to satisfy. It was in affordable prices as well.

Chicken Wings

The chicken wings were crispy and crunchy. My mouth started watering the minute I saw it. It was not that oily like some of the stalls. It tenses the senses with a fragrant spicy taste too.

Fish Otah

The fish otah is neither too hard or too soft, it is just nice. I could not wait to start eating it once I saw it. It delicious that you would call for another one if you can.

Chendol

The chendol is a popular malay desert. It is filled with fresh coconut milk, ice, grass jelly and many more. The ice melted in my mouth immediately I have put it in my mouth. It was a choice of desert you should choose during a hot day, as it is cooling.

Conclusion

In my opinion, given the quantity and quality of the dishes, it is resounding thumbs up to the food and service. It is truly a good place to relax and eat with the cosy environment. It will be a waste if you missed the chance of eating there!

Sky restaurant is located at Sengkang Secondary School. It is painted with blue paint. There are ten stalls altogether. The minute I step in, the nice smell of the food make me feel hungry and it is filled with laughter. It makes me feel cosy and relaxing.

Popcorn Chicken

I like the popcorn chicken the best among all the food. It is very crunchy and it makes me salivated when I smell it from a distance. It is so nice that almost everyone in the school like it. Every time, when I want to buy it, the stall was always crowded with a lots of students. It is definitely worth buying.

Fish Fillet

The fish fillet which is orange in colour was tasty too. The smell of the fish could travel up to 3m!!! It is definitely worth a try for you to add it with a little chilly sauce. It was tastier!

Fried Rice

The fried rice is a mouth watering food. You would ask for more after you had finished one plate. It contained carrots, peas and chilly. The stall owner is very generous and would always give us a lot with the price of one dollar only! It is definitely worth a try by all students and teachers.

Conclusion

In my opinion, I think that for secondary school, this canteen is not considered big, but there is surely enough seats for us. The stall owners are very kind and helpful to us. For example, when someone is trying to cut our queues and they saw until, they would tell them to queue behind and would not serve them. They would always welcome us with their huge smile. The food that they cooked give me a feelings of home cooked food.
